ICP ensures that major Government procurement creates value beyond the purchase itself. For eligible procurement of RM50 million and above involving OEMs, and RM100 million and above involving local companies, ICP creates opportunities for technology transfer, local capability development and long-term industrial growth, strengthening Malaysia’s competitiveness in the global value chain.
