Technology Depository Agency Berhad (TDA) is a strategic agency under the Ministry of Finance Malaysia dedicated to creating long-term value through collaboration, technology and innovation.
Who We Are
Technology Depository Agency Berhad (TDA) is a Company Limited by Guarantee (CLBG) wholly owned by the Ministry of Finance Malaysia and established in 2015. TDA serves as the national authority responsible for implementing and governing the Industrial Collaboration Programme (ICP) and as the Centre of Reference for Performance-Based Contract (PBCoR) within Malaysia’s Government procurement ecosystem.
Through ICP and PBC, TDA connects Government policy with industry development by facilitating strategic collaboration, technology transfer, capability development and knowledge sharing to maximise the value generated from Government procurement.
By connecting opportunities, expertise and strategic partnerships, TDA contributes to strengthening Malaysia’s technological capabilities, industrial competitiveness and long-term economic resilience.
