Technology Depository Agency Berhad (TDA) invites qualified contractors to submit proposals for the renovation and fit-out of TDA’s office on Level 12, Tower 6, Skypark @ Cyberjaya.
Scope of works
- Partitioning, ceiling and flooring works for approximately 1,200 square metres of office space.
- Mechanical and electrical works, including lighting, power points and air-conditioning adjustments.
- Structured data cabling and preparation for meeting-room AV equipment.
- Supply and installation of workstations, meeting rooms and a pantry.
- Testing, commissioning, cleaning and handover.
Eligibility
- Registered with the Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB), Grade G4 or above, category B and CE.
- Valid Ministry of Finance (MOF) registration.
- At least three similar office fit-out projects completed in the last five years.

- Compulsory site visit: 15 October 2026, 10:00 am, Level 12, Tower 6, Skypark @ Cyberjaya.
- Last day for clarification questions: 22 October 2026.
- Closing date: 2 November 2026, 12:00 noon (MYT).
How to submit
Email the completed proposal, priced bill of quantities and supporting documents to the application submission email shown in Tender Details before the closing date. Late submissions will not be considered. TDA is not bound to accept the lowest or any proposal.
